This question must be answered as ‘yes’ regardless of quantity or dollar amount. Additional approvals and review are required for these purchases.
All ethyl alcohol orders must be submitted through iBuy and will be through Fisher Scientific. The total number of gallons and pricing should be in accordance with the current sales quote from Fisher Scientific. The shipping address must always be to Central Stores and Receiving, 1609 S. Oak Street, Champaign, IL 61820. The requisition will be assigned to a specialized buyer.
